FAQ

Frequently asked questions from visitors of BM ART AGENCY concerts in Prague
1. Is seating assigned?

No, we use a free seating system in both the Spanish Synagogue and the Church of St. Salvator. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the concert starts to choose your preferred seat.

2. Is there a strict dress code?

We prefer a relaxed atmosphere. "Smart casual" is perfect. We want you to feel comfortable, so simply dress in a way that makes you feel good. Out of respect for our historic venues, we kindly ask you to avoid overly casual beachwear (shorts, flip-flops, athletic vests).

3. Are children allowed at the concerts?

Yes, our concerts are open to everyone. Given the length of the program (approx. 60–70 minutes), we recommend the event for children aged 6 and up who are comfortable sitting and enjoying the music.

4. Do I need to print my ticket?

No, a digital version on your smartphone is perfectly fine. Our staff will scan it at the entrance.

5. When do the doors open?

The concert halls typically open 20 to 30 minutes before the performance starts.

6. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Our venues are historic sites. While access is generally possible, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance at bmart@bmart.cz so we can assist you and ensure your visit is comfortable.

7. What happens if a concert is cancelled?

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will notify you via email immediately and offer you a ticket exchange for another date or a full refund.
