    The story of the Requiem:

    Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Requiem is a cycle of 14 pieces that Mozart began composing as a result of a secret commission from the wealthy nobleman Franz von Walsegg-Stuppach. However, work on the Requiem was interrupted by Mozart's death in 1791. This work, which was never completed by Mozart himself, is now considered one of the most moving and profound works of classical music.
